Typical applications include removal of heat treatment oxides prior to electro phoritic coatings or electro plating and enamelling.  In many cases within a deburring operation is integral within the descaling process.  Alternatively, a polishing operation prior to electro plating. We offer processes on large presswork and forgings – Deburring and removing stock.

Specialised De-Greasing of components is undertaken using environmentally friendly methods.

We offer free process testing to any company submitting components to us for trials, a full cost analysis is given upon completion.
